AZ Fusion Volleyball was created by three individuals with over 25 years of experience in coaching youth sports.  We created this team with a strong emphasis on our core philosophy: Fun, Family,
Friendships and Fundamentals

Fun: This is a sport, but its also a game. Games are meant to be fun and we learn better when having fun.

Family: We treat everyone as family with dignity and respect and expectt he same from all. We support each other in ups and downs.

Friendships: We encourage the girls to create and build lifelong friendships. Afterall, games are more fun when playing with friends.

Fundamentals: We teach the fundamentals of volleyball, how to  work as a team and how they can bring out the best player and teammate they can be.

We are all volunteers, donating our time to the community towards a shared passion of female youth sports.  All coaches have been credentialed with fingerprints and background checks by multiple organizations (NYS, AAU, City of Peoria and Peoria Unified School District).
